How the school uses the Novello Theatre

The Novello Theatre is used throughout the year for performances by all departments and provides a unique platform to do what we all love best - to perform!

Full time pupils are involved with full length musical shows and use the facility for the annual day school assessments.

We also allow pupils from time to time to showcase their own work and many have mounted their own shows raising money for charities of their choice.

Part time classes use the space for showing end of term performances for family and friends . The 160 seater proscenium arch theatre, complete with trap doors and full lighting rig, provides a perfect training ground for young people of all ages and its friendly atmosphere makes this an excellent venue for building confidence in our young performers.

Hire of Novello Theatre

The Novello Theatre is available for occasional hire for film shoots, and by bona-fide theatre companies and schools. Please contact us with proposed dates and your requirements.
