Literally hundreds of children each year are given their first professional opportunities through our very own Agency, which represents children in film, theatre, television and related media. The very best work experience you can imagine!

Our job extends to looking after the needs and expectations  of parent and pupils as we do so, in order to give everyone a happy, professional and safe experience. We give guidance throughout the process, from start to completion, supplying professional licensed chaperones on all engagements, overseeing the licensing process, from dream to screen.  Redroofs agency exists to create and support professional opportunities for all who train with us, primarily seeking work in TV, film ,theatre including West End , Commercials and recordings so whether your current ambition is to work in feature films, in commercials or to join the cast of Matilda the Musical, or Oliver on tour we hope that we can help you on your way. 

All pupils registered with the agency are required to take a space in Spotlight . The Spotlight is an independent internet linked casting service used by all bona fide casting companies and all entries are pin protected for child protection. The majority of castings take place in London and from time to time at the school. The parent reserves the right at all times to turn down an audition opportunity. Attending a casting is a commitment to accepting an engagement should it be offered.  The school has a list of registered and CRB checked chaperones who accompany under 16’s on professional assignments at the expense of the production company and who may be available by private payment arrangement to chaperone children to castings.
