Junior A-List Acting

Ages 7-9+ years (1 hour)
Ages 9-12+ years (2 hours)
Our friendly and expert team will engage your child with lively sessions which include working with script, improvisation, speech and drama, character study, stage technique, presentation skills, creative drama and confidence building drama games and exercises. This class is suitable for all children for nurturing confidence and for those who love to act.

Senior A-List Acting (2 hours)

Ages 12-16+ years
Our highly skilled team of Industry Professionals take our acting students through lively and engaging training sessions which make up a weekly two hour group class. A-List Acting Training includes Stage Technique, Film and TV Technique, Character Study, Presentation Skills, Creative Drama, Script Work, Confidence Building Exercises. This class is ideal both for nurturing confidence in beginners, for additional experience to enhance your child's GCSE Drama Curriculum, and for more experienced performers.

The Actors Studio

Junior: Ages 9-12 years
Senior: Ages 13-16+ years
The Actors Studio is a dedicated acting class for young actors who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Whether you're aiming for the stage or screen, this is the place to grow, challenge yourself, and develop as a serious young actor. Each session offers focused, practical training to help students develop professional-level techniques, including:

• Self Tape Practice - Master the art of on-camera auditions
• Film Set Etiquette - Learn how to work confidently and respectfully on set
• Audition Skills - Prepare and deliver with confidence and clarity
• Script Work - Break down scenes, make decisions and trust instincts
• Interview Technique - An important skill for all walks of life
• Scene Exploration - Dive into characters, relationships, and storytelling, acting & reacting, hitting marks and trying out tricky continuity of action.

Taught in a supportive, inspiring environment, The Actors Studio is ideal for students who are passionate about acting and ready to develop the tools they need for the professional world, whether through our Agency or in the longer term at Drama School or beyond. This class is highly recommended for all Redroofs pupils registered with AKA Extras Agency and/or Redroofs Agency.

 

LAMDA Acting Tuition

Available as an extra. LAMDA Acting Tuition is offered as an extra for children attending classes at Redroofs. Subject to availability.
